**I'm reviewing this "mini series" as a whole**

Mia and Jaxon's story started off with a bang! I loved getting to know Mia and her connection with the 'guys' at the frat house and how they became friends. I really adored her right off the bat. Same with Jaxon, he was sweet and adorable and I just loved how he treated Mia even when they were just flirting.

But once the deed was done, it went downhill from there.

Mia became utterly annoying with her repetitive mental narration of what happened. Talk about over thinking it! 

The barrage of going through the motions over and over and over and over and over....I don't think I could handle it again if she said one more time "the look on my mom's face..." along with many other lines that were the same! 

There is no doubt that Mia and Jax's sexual chemistry is off the charts hot! But I just wasn't a big fan of the story as a whole.

Author Bio

I was born in London and moved to Sydney about 11 years ago. I’m a corporate professional by day, dealing with some hugely high profile clients. I have been moonlighting as a male stripper/naked waiter for around 12 years. In terms of my writing, I’m very new indeed, having been encouraged to start by one of the very few people who know both sides of ‘Jake’. She told me that my stories needed to be shared, and pushed me until I started to blog. None of this would have happened without her support and sometimes not so subtle art of persuasion.

I literally started writing about two or three months ago, blogging initially and now writing. Things have gone insanely crazy in the last three or four weeks. I’m astounded by the level of interest that there appears to be in my stories and am working very hard on my first book right now.

My book will naturally be titled ‘True Confessions of a Male Stripper’. My aim is to be totally honest and as transparent as I can be about my life as a male stripper. I want to be entertaining whilst strictly charting a course of validity, honesty and openness. I’m delighted to say that at this stage of the process, I have not strayed from those initial, founding principles (and have no intentions of doing so down the track).

I'm so happy I stumbled upon this series!! 

I've been wanting to find a new long series that I can really sink my teeth into! Or at least "sink my butt onto the couch and get lost in the fantasy world" into. 

I knew I'd heard of the Demonica series before, but I don't think I'd ever actually heard of anyone talking about it or have it come across to me in recommendations (at least not to my knowledge). So anyway, when I came across them the other day in Listopia on Goodreads, I just knew I needed to give it a go!

And boy, I wasn't disappointed!

It took me a little extra time to really get through the first few chapters, but that's solely because there is a lot of information thrown at you and I didn't want to miss anything! Once I got the major gist of the sitation, I couldn't put the book down!

Eidolon and Tayla were amazing characters, and I really cared about them. There were twists and turns when I least expected it and I loved every minute of it!

What a fun story!!

It's seriously as if one of us book nerds got to live out the fantasy of our book boyfriends! What a fun concept!

I adored Scarlet and thought she was way better adjusting to her life outside of her jail of a home life she had, with a great sense of humor to boot!

Very emotional parts and a few twists and turns throughout...made for a great/fun read!

When she walked up beside him, their shoulders brushed, which normally would have been an insignificant occurrence, but just being that close to him, and then actually touching his shoulder, struck something within her. The next thing that happened only made it worse as they both reached for one of the drawings and grabbed each other’s hands. At this point, an electric current of awareness shot through her, every one of his fingers left an invisible impression on her hand and she jerked away from him.

“Sorry about that.” She tried regaining her composure as he turned and smiled, a piece of that hair he had so meticulously slicked back came loose. Her fingers itched to push it back in place, and she caught herself before she did just that. Get ahold of yourself, girl. 

Thinking how attractive he was gave her conflicting feelings. No one had ever challenged her the way he did. She had pretty much always been intimidating to men. Her coworkers understood her need to be in control. Her boyfriends? Not so much. It had been a while since she had even dated, but he was off limits, and she was a professional with a job to do. Such an amazing and inspiring story!

I don't think I could adore Flame and Maddie more if I tried...their back stories and their paths that lead them to each other is such so heart felt and epic.

I'm a late recruit on the Hangmen series...having only read the first two books in the past week by chance before I found out when this story was coming out...so I know I was one of the lucky few...that I didn't need to wait very long to get right into Flame and Maddie.

There are so many hard topics to deal with in this book...so many times you just cry for the characters. But Tillie Cole is absolutely such an amazing writer and she just leaves you on the edge of your seat.

I think this was everything it was hyped up to be!
