I love reading these seriously hot and sexy menage books! They're so fun addicting and this series is one of the best! (I still have a hard time when it's brothers that share a wife, rather than just friends...but it's still freaking HOT).

One word sum up...WOW.

Seriously, just...wow. This incredible and sexy read was nothing like what I was expecting. I guess I just assumed it was going to be your normal erotic read with hot and steamy scenes. Well, you know what they say about assuming.,...yea, I made an ASS out of myself.

Alysin enjoys life the way most people wish they could. She makes you so envious that you just don't live so carefree and sexual. Her encounter with her mystery man is dream worthy and scrumptious. Following these two on their week on a cruise and their sexcapades while trying to clue in on who our mystery man really is is non-stop entertaining, I literally didn't put the book down! 

The overall story line was fun and entertaining. The sex scenes were hot and even unexpected! This really was a fantastic read! I seriously can't wait to read the next one to see what happens!!

Not quite what I was expecting when I was looking into "dark" books, but a very cute story none-the-less.

Waking Kiss has emotions all over the place. From reliving child abuse, to BDSM, to bullying, to trying to overcome sexual responses.

Ashleigh is trying to get past her hangups with sex and wants to try to submit to Liam while trying to stay away emotionally....like that could ever happen.

Liam is the "big bad Dom" though I really didn't get a Dom feel off him at all, at least not compared to the other Doms I've read. 

I think I was just expecting a bit more "darkness" to Waking Kiss, but I still enjoyed the story.

Betting on Grace By: Nicole Edwards

Nicole Edwards does not disappoint at all in the first novel in the Dead Heat Ranch series!

As with the prequel, Boots Optional, Betting on Grace starts off with a bang and never stops! 

It's very hard to put down and you really just root for these three dealing with their busy lives and highly sexual relationship. 

Grace, Grant, and Lane have such sexual chemistry together and are thoroughly entertaining to read about.

I'm already in love with the whole Lambert family and can't wait to read more about them!!

I seriously canNOT get enough of Nicole Edwards' work! There is not a paragraph in all of her books that I don't absolutely love.

All of her characters, in every single series, have come to life in her work, and it's just amazing to read her stuff!

I've read the Club Destiny series and the Alluring Indulgence series. Now I'm starting the Dead Heat Ranch series with this amazingly sexual Boots Optional novella!

ZOMG!! I won an autographed copy of this book during an event and I recieved it just yesterday! Took me all of a few hours to read and those few hours were seriously epic! 

I'm not a fan of novella, if you'd read any other of my reviews, you might know that. But what I loved most about this is that Nicole Edwards just got right into the down and dirty in this book! Didn't take a moment to even get to know these characters! 

It threw me off guard at first, but I totally got with the program immediately and couldn't put this down!

Grant, Lane, and Grace are going to be amazing to read more about! I seriously cannot wait!!

Swallowing Darkness By: Laurell K. Hamilton

Fantastic read. I still love the Merry Gentry books so much!

In Swallowing Darkness, we find Meredith after having lost her beloved Frost. OMG FROST!!!

Meredith has been kidnapped by her Uncle and while unconscious after hitting her mortal body so hard, he did the unthinkable and defiled her. Now he lays claim the he is father to the twins growing inside of her. Freaking bastard!!!

There isn't a dull moment at all in this book. Crowns forming left and right for Meredith! She's just all Queen like and badass!

Oh and as I mentioned before, emotions all over the place! 

We find out the killer of Meredith's father....someone we loath finally kicks the bucket....Mistral didn't know he was going to be 1/6 of the daddy's....assassinations left and right....assassination attempts even more frequent than any other story! OMG...great book!

I wasn't shocked that I fell in love with this story as soon as I started reading it. It seems to happen with every Nicole Edwards book that I pick up!

So...

It's no secret that Samantha and Logan are looking for a third that in their relationship. It's more shocking about just how much they really want from this mysterious person.

We met Elijah in the last book, Perception. A sexy widow who is only interested in threesomes with married couples. What's wrong with that?? Absolutely NOTHING! 

My lord, hot and sexy doesn't even begin to describe the scenes with Logan, Samantha, and Elijah. SO much built up anticipation and tension....yum-yum-yummy!!!

I can honestly admit that this was way better than I was expecting. I was really just thinking of some hot menage scenes, but this touched me so much more. Really digging into what Sam and Logan want and need. So freaking good.

I am going to be going some serious withdrawal waiting for the next book! We've been so lucky with 2 books in 30 days, I feel spoiled! Now, a waiting game!....so worth it though.

Masters of My Desire By: Jenna Jacob

I really just wasn't as into this second book in the Doms of Genesis series as I was the first book.

Thought the storyline was very cute, I just think I had too many issues with the way Savannah, Nick, and Dylan worked together. I actually had to take a break in the middle of this book to read something else because I was just getting frustrated. But as soon as I finished that book, I picked this one back up and finished it.

I tell you what though, my favorite part was when she screamed "RED!!"

I've now read three books (IN A ROW MIND YOU) that had a person safe word out. The first being the fact that was the person was actually being abused, the second because the person was trying to make a point, but this the first time you really have a real sub safe-word out because she really and truly freaked out. 

I also really enjoyed the last few chapters of the book. When all the main characters of Genesis are getting together and spending time together. I really enjoyed that.

Fourth installment of the the Merry Gentry series....I'm feeling a bit more and more like "really, did she really just gain another power?"

But that was a common thing I though in the Anita Blake series too.

Regardless of all the magical powers that our little mortal, Meredith, comes into in this book, I think I'm just having a hard time dealing with the duration of time it happens in. 

Now I understand that these powers are magnifying since she's back in the mound and such, but this book literally only the next 24 hours since the end of book 3.


Summed up, Merry has added yet again a few more people to her 'slept with' list. Which includes but not limited to: Adair, Amatheon, and Mistral. She's also made the sithen come alive once again, had the ring find it's first "love match" in centuries, and become some sort of power being able to mark her men.

Though seriously far-fetched...I do adore these stories. They are fun to read and just very entertaining. 

I really don't have much to report on this book, it just kinda fell flat for me.

If I haven't mentioned in previous posts...which I know I have....Shayla Black and Lexi Blake are a few of my favorite authors. I really enjoy their erotic romance series separately and even more so when they work together on projects like this!

The Masters of Menage series was the first series I read that was about strictly menage relationships, and not just MMF sex scenes but MMMF. They opened doors to a whole new erotica world for me, lol. Sounds so cheesy but so true. I never thought about reading MMMF menage books before, but I tell you what, these books don't disappoint in the slightest!

Their Virgin Secretary is the sixth book in the series and still kept me on the edge of my seat. Yes, for the most part you can tell what is going to happen, and/or predict what will happen. But that really holds true for any erotic romance book.

So anyway,

Belle is the administrative assistant for the lawyer trio Tate, Eric, and Kellan. 

Tate is your adorable nerdy teddy bear. \
Eric is your everyday man that can handle different personalities and bring them together.
Kellan, well he's broken Dom that can't trust himself to be good enough for Belle.

After a year of pinning on all four sides, these four try to hook up and it all goes to shit, lol. This pile of shit forces Belle to decide to move on with her life and move to another state and start her life over.

Of course the lawyer trio won't let that happen, so they follow Belle and force their way into her new life.

Push comes to shove which comes to ultimatums and these three have some serious hotness sex. 

Oh and we can't forget that there are ghosts in Belle's new house that are trying to get her out and freak her out. Not gonna lie, I'm not a fan of ghosts...like literally the thought of them freak me out.....so when I was reading this I had nightmares that night of ghosts...SMH! Ugh, freaking freakin entities that wanna do harm....AHHH! 

Anywho....back story is super interesting regarding Belle's late grandmother and the stories of the house!
Great book! Super funny characters and sexy sexy men! Can't go wrong!

Devotion By: Nicole Edwards

**Must read Temptation first**

Could this series get any better??

Seriously, I am absolutely in love with Devotion. Though Temptation was a great story, I was left wanting and left sad that we didn't get to know the relationship between Luke and Cole more. I love the threesome of Luke, Cole, and Sierra, but I had felt there just wasn't enough of Luke and Cole alone.

I had no idea Nicole Edwards continued this adorable menage couple's story with Devotion.
(Once I find a series I like, I tend not to read the description or reviews of other books in the series because I like being surprised about who the story is about and the plot....I know, I'm weird)

So....Luke, Cole, and Sierra have really been busy between closing the doors on Club Destiny, having baby Hannah, and Luke's stressful position at CISS. Things are becoming severely mundane and each of the three are all feeling like they're missing something.

It's hard enough being in a serious relationship with two people, but it's even harder when it's three. Cole is feeling like the third wheel, Luke is so overwhelmed with what to do with Club Destiny, and Sierra is busy being a new mom. No one is really making time for anyone else and there is a severe lack of communication. Tensions run high and patience snaps...a few times.

Once these three lovely people figure out what needs to be done to make everyone feel complete, their relationship is back on STEAMY. Seriously, they share some of the hottest scenes ever! Yum.

I think it's because of the relationship with Luke and Cole that makes the scenes so good. Other menage threesomes relationship books I've read, the two men aren't in love with each other as well as with the female. But I like where Nicole Edwards goes with them all being in love with each other. Makes it even more sensual and delicious.

Oh and how can I forget...we also get a little peek at Xander....ummmm, yea....I think we are in for a fun ride with Xander!

Seriously, a great read! I absolutely love everyone in the Club Destiny and Alluring Indulgences series! Can't wait for them to continue!

Temptation By: Nicole Edwards

Luke is the owner of Club Destiny...the erotic sex club that isn't exactly what we would assume it'd be. Identical twin brother to Logan, whom we met in the first Club Destiny book. 

Cole is the quiet bystander at Club Destiny that couples always ask to be their "third". Openly bisexual, he's up for damn-near anything. 

Luke and Cole have been part of menages before together, but never doing anything together though they both have some serious feelings for one another.

Sierra is the woman that just moved to Dallas to be closer to her mother and finds herself wrapped up in both Luke and Cole, literally and figuratively after they get to know each other in Vegas for a conference.

Luke is the super unavailable guy. Hiding from his feelings literally by running away from any situation that could possible freak him out. Which means he's run away from Cole on more than one occasion and now he starts running from Cole and Sierra. Never having had feelings for a man before, I can slightly understand his hesitancy with Cole, though I think he needed to grow a pair. He isn't exactly living a normal life as it is, and so he shouldn't be shocked with how his feelings are not 'usual' feelings. So, needless to say, when he knows he has feelings for both Cole and Sierra, he freaks out.

Lucky for us, Sierra and Cole are more patient that most people. They know Luke and his faults and try to deal with it and him so the three of them can be together.

I was a little disappointed in this book, solely for the lack of finding the relationship with Cole and Luke. We definitely had enough with the three of them or with Luke or Cole separately with Sierra, but not with just Luke and Cole. They kept talking about how they hadn't had time alone together so I kept expecting it, but didn't get it. So, that's my only sadness with this book.

Otherwise, hot sexy romance. Hot sexy menage. Adorable hunky men that sweep the "sweet and innocent" Sierra off her feet.

Really good story for the second book in Club Destiny series.

Conviction By: Nicole Edwards

What a yummy start to a series!

Since I read the Alluring Indulgence books first, I'm now going back and reading the Club Destiny series. If I could do it over again, I think I'd have liked to start with the Club Destiny books though.

So, onto the book...

I have to say, Conviction, book one in the Club Destiny series has probably been the most realistic erotic romance book I've ever read. The story line for Samantha and Logan, the ups and downs, they're just more realistic than some of the others I've read. Especially the time frame! The fact that Sam needs time to think here and there...that really happens in real life! Too many times these love stories take place in such a short span of time that it's just annoying. So, that gives Nicole Edwards extra brownie points from me!

Anywho...

Samantha has just offered a higher position within her company that relocates her to Dallas. She now works under the hunky and very sensual, Logan McCoy.

After meeting a few times and working together for a few months, they've finally deciding to start this their relationship.

Logan definitely has some kink to his personality. Most importantly, his love for watching other men please his woman...more specifically, watching this brother Luke with Sam. Oooo, yummm. Luke....something about him that just...well....YUM!

Sam and Logan soon fall into themselves and their love for one another. Sam has a bit of a hard time dealing with the realization of some of her own kinks that she wasn't aware of.

There is some seriously delicious erotic scenes in Conviction.

Not a dull moment in the whole book and I seriously didn't want to put it down. I can't wait to continue on to the next book, and I really hope we get to go to Club Destiny in it!

Oh, I'm so sad that I didn't enjoy this book.

I found myself rolling my eyes more than I even care to admit...

We've met Xander previously because he was Logan's go-to guy on many occasions. Xander is the playboy billionaire that just wants to have fun, screw woman, and help his friends out of sticky situations for the adrenalin rush. Since his big brother, Javier, won't allow him anything to do with the family business, he needs something to do to pass the time, right?

Javier is drowning himself in guilt and vodka because he feels responsible for his wife's infidelity which resulted in her tragic death. He refuses to allow Xander to help him in any way, personal or business.

Introduce London. Sexy Siren's owner Alyssa's inexperienced little cousin. London's had a seriously rough life after a tragic car accident handicapped her for nearly ten years. She fought through it with physical therapy and determination, and now that she's got a good medical regimen she is ready to live life to it's fullest.

Technically, London meets Javier first, though he was too drunk to remember London helping him into his bed at Alyssa's house. Xander meets London not long after with an interesting accidental strip tease that perks Xanders interest and he quickly becomes smitten. Just a few hours later, London interviews for a position available to be Javier's administrative assistant. Of course, she gets the job instantly.

Xander and Javier are both extremely attracted to London and thoroughly smitten with her. They decide that instead of fighting over her, they should share her because they both possess qualities that will benefit her.

Lot of fun, dirty sex later, and London is just seriously overwhelmed. Keeping in mind, all of this is taking place within a week. 

The playboy billionaire, and the overworked alcoholic both seem to be able to fall head over heels in love with London while committing to change their ways. As well as work together in a polygamous relationship that neither have ever tried before...all because they shared well when they were kids....good grief!

The thing I am most sad about is that Xander just isn't the same guy that we've come to know and love in the other books. If he wants to change his ways to fall in love, I'm all for it...but his personality is just so different and it breaks my heart. I was not a fan of Javier in the least though. I can't say that about many characters I've read, but he just wasn't someone I could relate to at all. 

Overall, not a terrible story. Just not one of my favorites.
