WOW! Such a great standalone book! Starts off steamy and doesn't ever stop!

I've never been a huge fan of "racing" style books, just not my cup of tea. But one day I saw a teaser from someone on Goodreads for this book on the day it came out and I just needed to have it!

Due to the teaser, I totally thought this was a MMF book, but don't be fooled if you were under the same impression. Though there is one MMF scene, it's not that type of story at all. It's strictly and standard male/female relationship story line.

Super hot and sexual at every corner! I really enjoyed it!

Such a very cute story! 

These two have some serious sexual chemistry...sizzling doesn't even begin to describe it. Their dirty scenes are so incredibly well written. They never got dull and repetitive! Loved it!

Outside of their bedroom (or nightclub) activities...the story is a very cute one. Modern girl meets "caveman like" Amazonian and tries to acclimate him to the modern times. The story works so much better since Zach was born in the US so he still has some memories and speaks English. It just wouldn't have been as good I think if he came right out of the Amazon needing to acclimate (obviously, lol). But I like exactly how the story went and  what happens between these two. Nothing was sugarcoated and we are all a little happier in life now that we've met Zacharias Easton.

OMG this was one of the most amazing books!! 

I love love love Kresley Cole and I'm so glad I finally picked up The Professional.

I was hesitant because I just love her Immortals After Dark series and I was terrified this wouldn't live up to those books!

Though I should have known better...not only is The Professional a completely different genre, but I already knew I loved her work. So chances were high that I was going to love this! 

I saw many reviews on Twitter from fellow fans about how incredibly erotic and hot The Professional was....OMG they were NOT kidding!! Fan-freaking-tastic-amaze-balls! 

Such hot heat between Sevastyan and Natalie! I don't think there's been another book that had such an instant connection like these two! 

Such a fun read. I really enjoyed it thoroughly and I really hope it continues on...I'm incredibly curious about Sevastyan's brothers!

A very cute traditional love story.

I received Home to Stay as one of my monthly gifts for being apart of Amazon Prime.

With secrets in her past that keep her on her toes, Willow is trying everything in her power not to get too attached to anyone in the small town of Anchor.

Before she realizes it, she has come to friend two best friends, Sid and Beth, and being the proud manager of the local bar and grill.

Sid's big brother, Randy, has a special eye on Willow, especially as of late.

Beth and Joe, who happens to be Randy's best friend, are getting married so Willow and Randy seem to find more and more reasons to run into each other.

I love traditional love stories. I get so hooked on paranormal and erotica and so distracted by them that I find I miss reading about every day love, about butterfly's in your stomach nerves, and silly excitement.

I was very sad that I realized about a quarter way through that this was a series book. Not that they needed to be read first to follow along, but I just wish this would have been labeled Book #3, and not just 'An Anchor Island Novel'. Now that I know the twists that happened in the previous books, I doubt I will actually go back to read them.

But I really did enjoy Home to Stay. A very cute story and very lovable characters.

Never Have I Ever By: August Clearwing

Seriously is one of the best books I've read in a long time.

Great story about a girl coming into her passion for submission.

Piper has some dark fantasies that get let out at a party one night after too many drinks. Most people are shocked by her confession, except for Noah, is is more interested in fulfilling them.

Piper and Noah make arrangements to fulfill these fantasies and their attraction for each other grows from there. Piper finds that she is more in to submission and very good at it. Noah is the perfect Dom for her.

Some people might not like the extent some of the scenes took, but I think it fit so well with the story line. It never faltered and it kept you on edge. I couldn't put this book down, literally. Wish there was more books with it, but at the same time, I'm happy it's just a stand alone book. I am now officially a fan of August Clearwing!

What an adorable love story!

It was so nice getting back to on my of my favorite reads, Scottish Highlander love stories!

Fiona Sinclair has been raised to loath the Campbell's. After the arranged marriage between her and Myles Campbell to set up a truce between the two families, she does everything in her power (in the 1500's mind you) to drive Myles mad and let him know she hates everything about him.

After secrets are revealed, Fiona starts to give in to her attraction to Myles and they quickly become that couple everyone envies because of their relationship.

Extreme attraction gives off to wonderful anticipation for even just a kiss in Highland Surrender. After reading so much more intense books, I've started to forget the power of attraction and what the simple touches could be like.

Tracy Brogan has done a fantastic job of getting me back into the traditional love stories. Fiona and Myles kept me on the edge of my seat wondering when her silly head was going to just give in and even wonder if Myles was going to just give up!

I really loved this story and I've enjoyed it more that I thought I would. It had been in my "to-read" pile for so long, and I finally gave in and read it. I guess I should say "gave in"...sounds like I didn't wan to read it. I love Scottish Highlander books, and this story didn't disappoint so I think I should say "I jumped at the chance and read it!" Hehe
